Shipping Policies At this time, Old West Soap Co. accepts orders being billed to and shipped to within the United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada using United States dollars. Extra shipping costs may apply. Please contact us for more information. Please let us know if your ship to address is a PO Box, APO address so we can make special arrangements.
Cancellation Policy Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at 928-715-0335. You must call as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped. We try our best to ship your orders out within 2 days of order placement. Please do not request cancellations by e-mail or fax. Cancellations received after shipment will result in a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price or $5.00, whichever is greater.
Return/Refund Policy If your package arrives damaged, save all packaging material for the shippers inspection. Send photos of the damaged material to Old West Soap Co asap so we visually know about the damage. Please call us as soon as possible at 928-715-to report the damage and we will evaluate the next steps. Generally, a claim must be submitted to the shipping company within 3 days or less of delivery, otherwise the package will be assumed to have arrived intact. We will attempt to make arrangements for the shipper to inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to the address designated by Old West Soap Co. We will accept returns for exchange or refund as long as the item is unused and without blemish, and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) has been issued. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No COD shipments will be accepted. Returns, other than those that are due to a defect, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price or $5.00, whichever is greater. If you wish to return your product, please call us at 928-715-0335to obtain a RMA number. The return must be requested within 5 days of receipt and must be received by Old West Soap Co. within 10 days of original delivery of the shipment. Shipping and handling fees, if any, will not be refunded and are exclusive of the restocking fee. All refunds will be credited to our discretion. Properly pack, insure, and ship your return by ground. We will refund your return ground shipping charges only if the reason for the return is due exclusively to our mistake.
